Two-and Four-Subtes Short Forms of the Korean-Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale

Abstract

|
The short forms of the Korean-Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale(K-WAIS) were investigated Vocabulary and block design were proposed as a two-subtest short form of the K-WAIS ; the addition of arithmetic and picture arrangement provided a
four-subtest
short form of the scale. Based on data from the standardization sample, tables were presented giving full scale IQs for each of the seven age groups for both short forms. The correlations between the two-and four-subtest short form IQ equivalents
and
full scale IQs were found to be 0.908, 0.953, respectively.
